What are VisionaryX smart glasses?
Stylish eyewear with built-in tech that lets you listen to music, take calls, use AI assistance, translate in real-time, and more – all while looking like regular, premium glasses.
Do they work without the app?
Basic features work without the app, but to unlock the full experience (AI assistant, updates, customization) you’ll need the free VisionaryX Companion App. QR code included in your box.
Are they comfortable for all-day wear?
Yes – lightweight, ergonomic design with high-quality lenses for comfort and style.
Can I get them with prescription lenses?
Yes – available in fixed strengths from +1.0 to +2.5. Premium 1.60 index lenses with blue light filter, factory-mounted for comfort and protection.
Are they custom-made to my exact prescription?
No, we offer fixed strengths only. If you need different powers in each eye, we recommend consulting an optician.
How much extra for prescription lenses?
+$43 regardless of strength
Will prescription lenses change the look?
No – they look just as sleek as the standard lenses.
Battery life?
4–8 hours of active use, several days standby – varies by model.
Water-resistant?
Yes – most models have splash protection (IP rating). Rain and sweat are fine, but don’t submerge them.
Compatible with my phone?
Yes – works with both iPhone and Android.
Do I need internet?
Music and some functions work offline, but AI features and translation require internet.
How fast is delivery?
Estimated delivery times:
Sweden & EU: 3–7 business days
USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we deliver worldwide.
Can I return them?
Yes, within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Note: Glasses with prescription lenses are non-returnable unless faulty.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty: 1-year manufacturer warranty covering material and production defects. Contact contact@visionaryx.io for claims.
What’s not covered?
Damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear.
